This week’s blog is short and sweet. On one level, I wish I could say it’s because I’m full of spring energy and busy outdoors in the garden and enjoying the finer weather and longer days here in Ireland. For sure, there has been some of that!
But it has also been quite a challenging time since January, a period of deep reflection, lots of fear and self-doubt as I bring a cherished project to fruition and prepare to share it with you and the world more generally. And it’s also been a time of sickness and related tiredness these past few days. Nothing major, but definitely energy zapping!
This weekend, as I recover and manage my energy, I’m sharing with you something that I’ve been finding curiously satisfying and calming these past few months – mindfully colouring mandalas!

As a child I loved colouring. And I’ve always thought the recent popularity of colouring books for grown-ups and mindful colouring is something to be celebrated. That said, I never really got into it until this year… and I’ve grown to love it!
So, I wanted to give you the opportunity to give it a go for yourself. I found this one on Canva and liked the relative simplicity. Inviting you to have fun with it and see where it takes you.
