Between the cool images posted of sandy beaches, smiles and cocktails, there are guaranteed to be very ordinary and even annoying moments. Avoid comparing and waiting for the right sunset to light you up and I promise you a deep peace can be found right here, right now

Set the tone of how you want to feel. Move your focus into the aliveness of โ€˜thisโ€™ present moment, relax your body, breathe, feel, connect and be open to whatsoever is real here and now! You have nothing to prove to anyone! Nothing!

Embrace your uniqueness. Youโ€™re one of a kind! That makes you very special. Celebrate that!.. and be at peace with who you are.
